When I say the matchless advancement in material of the watch, I did not mean the material of the case which is made of 18-karat white gold. Yes, the case material is high-graded too, but what’s groundbreaking is the application of silicium in escapement wheel. As a revolutionary material at the time, Silicium is used in the hairspring and throughout the escapement. It transforms the course of haute horology and is inspiring.
Ultramodern and unconventional design
The Freak Diavolo is featuring a tourbillon carrousel design. There is no true dial, no crown or no true hands being showcased by the watch. The dial is featuring red “horns” and black cloak-looking backdrop. It’s really unconventional and ultramodern.
